In late 2008 we started negotiations with the senior people at Thai-Spy.com Thailand Private Investigators and the end result is a limited joint operating agreement (LJOA). By pooling resources this will allow us and them to provide a faster, better level of service to our respective clients.
What will be shared: Expertise and know-how, specialized equipment, manpower and case referrals. Additional co-marketing may be undertaken on an ad hoc basis.
Specifically when you contract with T.B.G.I. to handle your case, we manage and perform all work from start to finish, but we may be using one of Thai-Spy.com’s experienced field agents or managers as a secondary agent on two-man jobs. But someone from T.B.G.I will always be running the show, and we accept full responsibility for the outcome. Likewise our people or kit may be loaned out to Thai-Spy.com but if you’ve contracted with them you remain their client.
What will NOT be shared: At no point will either organization reveal any client data to the other; this includes email address or other contact info, billing information, as well as other personally identifiable information. And no more details about the target of the investigation will be shared than are absolutely necessary to reach a successful conclusion to the case.
